HANGOVER INVITATIONAL
Burns Park- Ann Arbor, MI
August 12, 2006
Burns Park hosted it's second sanctioned Monkeyball event and it gave birth to a rising star. Amanda Menter was 1 or 3 participants who were literally picked out of the crowd (from a neighboring college reunion) to play. After a shaky start, Amanda was only one game away from the finals, but lost to eventual runner-up, Dan Kidle.
It was no surprise to most that the #1 ranked player in the world, Casey Frushour, dominated the field and took home the hardware although there was no trophy at this event. Will anyone be able to stop this kid?
