Dennis & Nancy Dressler hosted their first sanctioned Monkeyball
event after serving Thanksgiving turkey and after Earl & Irma's
second and third naps (respectively). The weather was beautiful and
scoring opportunities optimal for Nancy Dressler, who in her prime,
was a Concordia College's finest horseshoer. After working many years
to raise kids, her competitive side has reappeared in what could be
the genesis of a storied Monkeyball career.
Earl & Irma Dressler, possibly Monkeyball's longest married competitors
at 65 years, fought hard but came up short. Nancy Dressler's near automatic
toss felled the opposition early and often, irrespective of age or
skill level. And her ferocious performance on Turkeyday will haunt
her son's dreams for many nights to come.
