LANSING, Mich. - June 8, 2008 - A wicked storm passd over the heart of Lansing Saturday night, uprooting tress and spewing large branches around the Rockford & Strathmore neightorhood. Rockford & Strathmore is well known in Monkeyball circles as the host of the first ever Monkeyball World Championships in 2005. No injuries, and only minor housing damages, were reported.

The pictures below show the hallowed MB site at the first Worlds event on Sept. 24, 2005, and the grounds this morning after the storm.
